The service begins at 5pm and the children will have a chance to meet the animals during their class time. Hey kids! Kick-off the New Year (Saturday, January 12) with our SuperNova Kids Snow Day! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for some winter fun right here in SoCal (who says it never snows?!). There will be 15 tons of snow, a sledding hill, and a hot cocoa bar. The snow park will open up at 4pm, and our regular Saturday night gathering will be happening at 5.

This year TerraNova is adding some Christmas cheer to the holidays by having our SuperNova kids signing carols in our weekend gatherings on December 15 at 5pm and December 16 at 9:30 & 11:00. This is a great opportunity to bring your family and friends to celebrate, and watch our youngest TerraNovans share the joy of the Christmas season.
On Saturday morning, December 15, from 8:30-11am, we will have the opportunity to serve people in the Orange County community by packing meals at Second Harvest Food Bank in partnership with the Roosters Foundation. Bring your friends and family as we make God’s love famous together this Christmas season.

This November we’re making God’s love famous to refugees form the Middle East and Northern Africa that are living right here in Orange County. On Friday, November 30, we’ll work alongside a local, faith-based organization called Voice of the Refugees to provide a meal and share the meaning behind why we celebrate holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are multiple ways to get involved, included food prep and serving, kid’s ministry, hospitality and more. Contact Cassidy if you want any more information or if you want to join the team!

Young adults, we will be assembling bags for the homeless with key supplies that we may take for granted, but our friends on the the street may not even have. From toothbrushes, to deodorant, you will leave this event with these bags to keep in your car and actually have something tangible to bless others you may see along your drive. The imagery and meaning of baptism is all about the end of the old, the beginning of the new -- the death and burial of our old life with Christ in the after, the resurrection of a God-given new life coming out of the water. We're having our annual Trunk-or-Treat in the parking lot on Saturday, October 27 after the 5pm gathering! Come deck out the trunk of your car, tailgate, or hatch and have some fun handing out treats to our SuperNova kids as they have some fun in a safe environment. Parents, bring your kids dressed in their costumes and be ready to enjoy games, a free hot dog dinner, and some family fun! Every fall, groups of new international students begin their studies on our local college campuses. Our Beach Blast event at Doheny State Beach on Sunday afternoon, October 14, will be the perfect way to welcome them into our country and embrace them with God’s love. A fun team is forming to provide food, beach games, volleyball, and surfing lessons! Contact Lyle if you want to get involved!
Our TerraNova trip to Israel has been filling up, but there is still room for a few more adventurous travelers to join! We're ending the summer with our biggest Saturday night event yet! Don't miss SuperNova Kids' annual Carnival Night during the 5pm service on Saturday, September 8th! We'll have inflatable obstacle courses, jousting, a professional airbrush tattoo artist, kettle corn, snow cones, classic carnival games, and so much more that kids of all ages will be so excited to take part in! Join us Sunday, August 19th at 5pm for a sunset hike at Red Rock in Whiting Ranch. This is a great hike for beginners. It's 4 miles round trip (2 hours) with no major hills or rock scrambles. Perfect for anyone! Just wear a comfy pair of shoes and bring a bottle of water! We will meet in the McDonalds parking lot in Foothill Ranch at 5pm and walk over to the trailhead together.
For the past five years, Kids Feeding Kids (our huge meal packing event) has happened in our own parking lot. This August, we are bringing it “on location"! Come out to the Village of Hope (OC Rescue Mission) in Tustin as we join the students there in packing 100,000 meals that will go to Africa. All ages are welcome! We will be packing from 8:30am until noon, plus a free lunch if you can stick around!
Don't miss SuperNova Kids' "Water Night!" It's happening on Saturday, August 11th during the 5pm service. Kids should be sure to bring bathing suits and a towel, as we'll have two inflatable water slides, a dunk tank, water balloon games, kiddie pools for the little ones, and much more! Be sure to send your kids hungry because we'll be serving them free Chick-fil-A during the service! This is the perfect night to invite a family to join you at TerraNova - the kids will have a blast, the parents will receive a free movie ticket as part of our God on Film series, and your family will get a special gift as our way of saying thanks! Come join us on Thursday, July 26 from 9am-3pm as we partner with Voice of the Refugees and a group of refugee families who have come to the USA from the Middle East. We will be hanging out at the beach, a place that many of our new friends have never been. There are multiple ways to be involved, varying from providing transportation for the refugee families from Anaheim to Seal Beach, providing snacks, leading some recreational activities on the beach (volleyball, smash ball, sandcastles, etc.) or teaching some surfing or body boarding! It's a great opportunity to get the whole family involved and show love to our neighbors. Email Oksana to join the fun!
After an incredible week at VBS, don't miss our VBS Reunion Night happening this Saturday night! This is the perfect night for the whole family to attend a service, as you'll see a slideshow recap of the week, watch your kids sing one of their favorite VBS songs, and hear all about the amazing time we had. There will be a quick reception immediately after the 5pm service to give kids and parents a chance to eat a snack, share some memories, and connect with friends and leaders from the past week. It's a night you don't want to miss, and don't forget to have your kids wear their VBS T-shirts! If you plan on being there, please bring a plate of sweets to share.

You won't want to miss the coolest adventure of the summer...VBS! This year's theme is "Shipwrecked". Our kids will get anchored in the truth that Jesus carries us through life's storms through a fun-packed week of music, games, crafts, snack and Bible stories. It's also a great opportunity to make some new friends and have a blast with some of our amazing leaders. The fun begins July 16 - 20 (Monday - Friday) from 9:00-Noon. Register now!
Gearing up for the school year can get expensive! Each year, just before it’s time to head back to school, we make God’s love famous by providing backpacks filled with school supplies to those in our community who are in need. It’s a great way to give a child a head start in what they need to succeed.
There are two great ways to get involved:
1. Fill a backpack! You can purchase supplies that will be placed in the backpacks we will be giving out. Backpacks and supply lists will be available in the lobby starting July 14.
2. Be a part of the team! You can help pack backpacks or work the lobby table before or after services during the backpack drive.

On Saturday, July 14 from 8-9:30am, the TerraNova guys will gather at the Hub to enjoy a manly breakfast and then engage in our fist ever "Cornhole Classic", a bean-bag tournament where you can win fabulous prizes. Never played Cornhole? Don't worry, you might be good at it! This will be a great event to get to know other guys, hear their stories, and see who will rise to the top as our 2018 Cornhole champions! It's the best $3 breakfast you'll ever eat, so make plans to join!
