LIFEGROUPS AT TERRANOVA

LIFEgroups are TerraNova’s groups of 8-16 people who get together to learn about the Bible, grow, and have fun together. They are SMALL groups that have a BIG impact. And here’s why:

We weren’t made to do life in isolation. God created us to be connected to one another, loving and being loved, caring and being cared for, knowing and being known. Authentic spiritual growth is always relational.

Spring LIFEgroups begin in February and last through the middle of April (depending on the group). So, it’s a short-term commitment! While we offer a wide variety of groups, each will be the same in that they will be based on connecting, studying the scriptures, and praying for one another.

Many of our groups will be connecting around Grow: 10 Qualities of a Spiritually Formed Person. These groups will explore a transformational truth: It’s normal for people to grow up spiritually. In fact, Jesus once told his students (Luke 6:40) that when they were fully trained, they’d be just like their master (him). That wouldn’t have surprised them. That was actually the point! That’s why they’d given up everything to follow him! They hoped and expected to be fully trained by him so that they would become just like him.
